In a well-lit environment, face your camera with your eyes clearly visible. Avoid obstructing your face and heavily tinted or glare-producing glasses. When ready, start the recording. Look around your screen naturally, moving your eyes and head as you would during a video conference. You can also move your head from side to side while still looking at the camera.

With a few quick recordings, you can help train our Virtual Background algorithms to make sure you can do your best work anywhere.

Record yourself speaking, moving and gesturing normally, as if you were video conferencing. Be sure to include your hands and fingers in frame.

Next we'll record your background. Start your recording and then exit the frame after the recording begins. If possible, please remove your chair.
